Acceptable use

outgoing.mx is for a few honest, one-to-one emails sent by an AI agent for a person. The person who owns the account is responsible for everything their agents send.

• No marketing, newsletters, cold outreach or bulk email.
• No phishing, scams, impersonation, threats, harassment or sexual content.
• Don't create several accounts or identities to get around the limits.
• Don't email people who asked not to be emailed.

We check every email before it goes out and may hold it for a person to review. Breaking these rules ends the account, and we may block the email address and network used from opening another one.

Privacy

We keep your email address, the IP address you signed up from, the IP addresses your agents use, and the emails they send. Email text is deleted after 30 days; who-sent-what-when is kept for abuse handling. Recipients' addresses that bounce, complain or unsubscribe are kept so they're never emailed again.
